7. Enforcement

Tiered Enforcement

If we believe you have violated this Policy, we will generally follow a tiered enforcement approach:

  • Step 1 — Notice: For non-critical violations, we will provide written notice identifying the violation and the corrective action required.
  • Step 2 — Cure Period: You will have five (5) business days from the date of notice to cure the violation.
  • Step 3 — Escalation: If the violation is not cured within the cure period, we may take further action including content removal, account suspension, or termination of Services.

Immediate Action

Notwithstanding the tiered enforcement process above, we may take immediate action without prior notice when the violation involves:

  • An imminent security threat to the platform or other users
  • Illegal activity
  • Imminent harm to third parties
  • Distribution of malicious code
  • Activity that could expose Firm Page to significant legal liability

Immediate action may include content removal, account suspension, termination of Services, or reporting unlawful conduct to authorities.

Reinstatement

If your account is suspended, you may request a review by contacting hello@firmpage.com. We will review reinstatement requests within five (5) business days and provide a written decision. Reinstatement is at Firm Page's sole discretion.

8. No Waiver

Our decision not to enforce a provision of this Policy in one instance does not waive our right to enforce it later.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide at least thirty (30) days' prior written notice by email or through the client portal. If you do not agree to the revised Policy, you may cancel your subscription without penalty before the changes take effect.

Non-material changes (such as corrections, formatting, or clarifications) may take effect immediately upon posting.
